After we have settled on the approach, either direct or via the database, or after you have submitted an application to a job advertisement, a number of preliminary phone calls will follow. The purpose of the latter is to establish mutual trust and confidence.

. If after the first comprehensive telephone interview both parties come to the conclusion that the application is a promising one, then we’ll ask you to provide a complete documentation.
The next steps, which will follow, are meeting with you in person and submitting your presentation to our client, your prospective new employer.
